Welcome to Partners in Wine. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of online courses and materials offered by Alessia Botturi (“Instructor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars ($) and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Payments are securely processed via third-party provider. Your financial information is never stored on our website.
2. Access and Use
Upon successful payment, you’ll receive immediate access to the purchased course.
Your enrollment includes 365 days of full access to all course videos, manuals, and resources.
Courses are for personal educational use only. You may not share, copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute any portion of the content without written permission.
3. Refund Policy
Because course materials are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience technical difficulties preventing access, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. We’ll make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content — including videos, manuals, visuals, and downloadable files — is protected by copyright © Alessia Botturi / Partners in Wine.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, where the business is registered. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florence, Italy.
